Job Title: Room Attendant

Join Peachtree Group Hospitality Management as a Room Attendant. This role involves the daily ownership and operational execution of the Housekeeping Department, requiring effective communication with guests and team members to ensure efficient service.

Responsibilities include:

• Cleaning and servicing assigned rooms or areas according to established standards
• Preparing guest rooms for arrival and maintaining cleanliness
• Cleaning and maintaining common areas of the hotel
• Performing laundry duties as necessary
• Stocking and maintaining housekeeping supply rooms
• Providing high levels of customer service at all times
• Assisting guests with requests and questions
• Reporting damages, repairs, and lost items to management
