The Room Attendant will be responsible for the daily ownership and operational execution of the Housekeeping Department. Room attendants must be comfortable communicating with guests and housekeeping staff to efficiently service guest rooms. Teamwork and the ability to perform daily tasks are essential for success within the department.

Responsibilities include:

1. Cleaning and servicing assigned rooms according to established standards
2. Preparing guest rooms for arrival
3. Maintaining common areas of the hotel
4. Performing laundry duties as necessary
5. Stocking and maintaining housekeeping supply rooms
6. Providing high levels of customer service
7. Assisting guests with requests and questions
8. Reporting damages or repairs needed
9. Reporting lost and found items to management
