Job summary

Solé Miami, recently renovated boutique hotel in Sunny Isles Beach, seeks a Room Attendant to keep suites and public areas spotless with class and style. You will be part of the Housekeeping team, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable stay.

This role emphasizes attention to detail, reliability and a can-do attitude, with benefits including health coverage, 401k, paid time off, and discounts across Noble House properties. Morning shifts and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Must be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds frequently.
• Ability to stand during entire shift.
• Effective verbal and written communication with staff and guests.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Complete pre-cleaning duties, stock supplies for housekeeping cart.
• Remove all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
• Keep hallways, public areas and closets clean and vacuumed.
• Restock cleaning cart for next day's use.
• Replenish chemical bottles.
• Report missing items to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Report any maintenance repairs to Supervisor/Manager.
• Handle Lost and Found items according to standards.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.

A day in the life...

As our Room Attendant, you will make sure that our beautiful suites and public areas are meticulously cleaned and serviced with class and style. As a member of the Housekeeping Department, you will play a big part in our heart of the house, ensuring our guests' stay is a memorable one.

To be successful in the Room Attendant position, you...

• thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• complete all pre-cleaning duties, including but not limited to, guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen for housekeeping cart set-up.
• remove all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
• keep all hallways, public areas and closets clean, neat and vacuumed
• restock housekeeping cleaning cart for next day's use.
• replenish chemical bottles.
• report all missing items from room (i.e., irons/boards, hair dryers, etc.) to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• report any maintenance repairs immediately to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• handle items for "Lost and Found" according to the standards.
• ensure overall guest satisfaction.
