Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant for an on-site role at Embassy Suites Palm Beach Gardens. You will maintain guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a safe, clean environment and attentive service for guests and colleagues alike.

The position requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs, push/pull up to 100 lbs, and work as part of a supportive team across shifts. Training and advancement opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to scrub and scour surfaces and clean bathrooms.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs to change bed linens and push/pull up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floors.
• Strip beds and change linens.
• Dust all furniture, window ledges, and shelves.
• Push and pull vacuum, empty trash.
• Restock amenities and linens in guest rooms.
• Sign for room keys and restock heavy cart.
• Visually inspect room for cleanliness and note completion.

No**Overview**Maintain the hotel rooms and building to ensure safe and clean experience for hotel guests, associates, and vendors.### **Essential Duties and Responsibilities*** Clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor surfaces using cloths, mops, sponges, brushes, and/or cleaning agents by extending arms over head, bending, and stooping.* Adhere to cleaning procedures and instructions for use of cleaning agents.* Strip beds and make beds, changing bed linens, which may require lifting bedspreads weighing a maximum of 50 lbs.* Dust all furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges, and shelves thoroughly.* Push and pull vacuum throughout the entire room and empty trash.* Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in guest room.* Sign for room keys, retrieve, push to assigned rooms and restock heavy cart.
