Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts is hiring a hotel housekeeping associate at Embassy Suites Palm Beach Gardens PGA Boulevard in Florida. You will maintain guest rooms and public areas to ensure a safe, clean experience for guests and colleagues, following established cleaning procedures.

Responsibilities include cleaning bathrooms, dusting, making beds, restocking supplies, pushing vacuum, and reporting maintenance needs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to scrub and scour surfaces and work in confined spaces.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs for bed linens and related duties.
• Must be a team player and willing to pitch in to help coworkers.
• Knowledge of chemical cleaning agents and operation of cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the hotel rooms and building to ensure safe and clean experience for guests, associates, and vendors.
• Clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor surfaces.
• Strip beds and change bed linens (up to 50 lbs).
• Dust all furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges, and shelves.
• Push and pull vacuum throughout the room and empty trash.
• Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in guest rooms.
• Sign for room keys, retrieve, push to assigned rooms and restock heavy cart.
• Visually inspect room for cleanliness and appearance and signify completion for room.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
