Role Responsibilities

1. Cleaning and servicing assigned rooms or areas according to established standards and procedures.
2. Clean and arrange guest rooms to hotel standards for guest arrival.
3. Clean and maintain common areas of the hotel.
4. Perform laundry duties as necessary.
5. Stock and maintain housekeeping supply rooms.
6. Ensure a high level of customer service at all times.
7. Assist guests with requests and questions as necessary.
8. Report any damages or repairs needed to management.
9. Report all lost and found items to the Housekeeping Manager.
