Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Room Attendant in Fayetteville, AR. The role focuses on maintaining pristine guest rooms and public areas while supporting the hotel’s service culture.

You will clean, sanitize, restock supplies, and follow safety protocols to ensure an exceptional guest experience. The position requires teamwork, reliability, and a commitment to high cleanliness standards at our properties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Prior hotel room attendant experience preferred.
• Ability to follow safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms and public areas to standards.
• Replace linens, towels, and amenities as required.
• Follow all safety and security procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services and surroundings.
• Report lost and found items per procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensurethatroomsandpublicareasarecleanedandsanitizedto company-mandatedstandards
• Ensures that rooms have clean linen, bedding andtowels
• Understands and follows all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, hotel staff, hotel services, hotel service hours of operation,andhotel surroundings (i.e. mall, restaurants)
• Ensures that rooms are stocked with soap, tissues,drinking glasses,etc.
• Identify itemsthatguestshaveleftbehindandreportitemsutilizing hotel's lost and found procedures
• Other duties as assigned
