Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience a PLUS.
• Ability to bend, lift, carry and move 25-30 pounds.
• Ability to work standing or walking for entire shift.
• Work with little or no supervision while maintaining high levels of cleanliness and efficiency.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Available to work a varied schedule that may include weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Approach all guests and employees with a smile.

• Vacuum, sweep or mop floors as appropriate.
• Restock guest supplies such as soap, shampoo, bottles of water or coffee service.
• Remove all trash and dirty linen from guest rooms.
• Clean public areas such as hallways, lobby and public restrooms.
• Report any technical or maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Perform other tasks / jobs as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
• Intermittent deep cleaning tasks, including but not limited to cleaning AC coils, touching up paint on walls and furniture, rehanging sliding doors, etc.
