Job Summary:
The Housekeeping Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean, sanitary, comfortable, and welcoming guest rooms and public areas. This position ensures that all assigned rooms meet hotel cleanliness and quality standards while providing excellent guest service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to company standards.
• Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and amenities.
• Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust furniture and fixtures.
• Clean bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors.
• Replenish guest supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and linens.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and damaged property to supervisors.
• Follow proper procedures for handling lost and found items.
• Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in a clean and organized manner.
