Job summary

Hyatt is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms and ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction. You will perform bed making, tidying, replenishing supplies and report maintenance needs.

This role requires the ability to stand for long periods, clear communication, and a personable approach. Prior housekeeping experience is preferred, and Hyatt offers opportunities for growth within a global hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Current housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to work on feet for an extended period of time.
• Clear and pleasant communications skills

About The Role

The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the guest rooms assigned to provide the highest level of guest satisfaction in cleanliness and service.

Some of the responsibilities include:

• Bed making
• Removing rubbish
• Replenishing supplies
• Cleaning furniture and fittings
• Visual checking of rooms
• Assist guests with enquiries, directions and special requests.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance programs in accordance with departmental timetable/schedules
