Job summary

The Junto in Columbus, OH is seeking a dedicated housekeeping teammate. You will be responsible for changing towels, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and addressing guest requests to keep rooms stocked, clean and inviting.

You will also ensure rooms are secured and supplies replenished between stays, contributing to a memorable guest experience. As part of Makeready’s team, you will follow safety and cleanliness standards, maintain linen closets, and support a welcoming guest experience.

Qualifications

• Keep guest rooms clean and stocked with attention to detail.
• Provide friendly, guest-focused service and maintain a positive attitude.
• Weekend availability is required for shift coverage.

Responsibilities

• Properly remove trash and dirty linens from guestrooms.
• Use cleaning chemicals to clean and sanitize each guestroom.
• Vacuum carpets and clean hard flooring to standard.
• Replenish all supplies and amenities to standard.
• Ensure guestrooms are secured.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of linen closets.

This individual is a part of the amazing heart of house team that takes pride in everything they do to ensure a memorable and comfortable experience for our guests during their stay with us. Their primary roles include changing towels, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and addressing guest requests thoughtfully and knowledgeably to make sure the rooms are stocked, clean and inviting at all times.

Requested Tasks:

• Properly remove trash and dirty linens from guestrooms Must use cleaning chemicals to clean and sanitize each guestroom Replenish all supplies and amenities to standard Vacuum carpets and clean hard flooring to standard Delivery or retrieve requested items from guests Ensure guestrooms are secured Adhere to the lost and found policy for all guest items accidentally left behind Maintain cleanliness and organization of linen closets
