Job summary

Opal Collection is seeking Room Attendants to join our hospitality team in Arkansas. This role offers the chance to contribute to guest comfort and cleanliness within our resort environment.

You will clean guest rooms, replenish linens and amenities, and respond to guest requests while maintaining high standards of service. Benefits include health, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k), free shift meals, and generous employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms as assigned, including beds, bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming.
• Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities as needed.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed.
• Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart daily.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables.
• Respond to special guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Inspect goods on delivery to ensure standards are met.

Responsibilities:

• Clean guest rooms as assigned, including, but not limited to, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming
• Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities, as needed
• Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed
• Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis
• Dispose of trash and recyclables
• Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Inspect goods upon delivery to the rooms/departments to ensure that the standards are met

Pay Rate: $18 an hour

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills
• Flexible scheduling (MUST be able to work weekends!)
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
