Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Chesterfield, MO is seeking a dedicated room attendant to clean and stock guest rooms to high standards of cleanliness. You will strip and change linens, clean bathrooms, dust surfaces, and replenish amenities, working with cleaning agents and equipment.

The role requires physical stamina to lift 25–50 pounds, push/pull up to 150 pounds, and the ability to follow instructions and greet guests. Availability to work varied shifts, weekends and overtime as needed.

POSITION SUMMARYTo clean and stock guest rooms to ensure the company’s high standards of cleanliness.EXAMPLES OF DUTIESESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSClean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, windows and floor surfaces using cloths, mops, sponges, brushes, and/or cleaning agents by extending arms over head, bending and stooping. Spot clean stains on walls, doors, carpet and furniture.Strip and make beds, changing bed linens which may require lifting bedspreads weighing a maximum of 40 pounds. Change all bed linen including bed skirt, mattress topper and pillow protector as needed.Dust all furniture, pictures, window ledges, and shelves thoroughly. Check under bed to remove trash or other debris. Maintain cleanliness of public space, i.e.: lobby, public restrooms, offices, elevators and stairways as assigned.Push and pull vacuum throughout entire room and empty trash.Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in guest rooms.Sign for keys, retrieve, push cart weighing up to 150 pounds. Visually inspect rooms for cleanliness and appearance and signify completion of room.
