Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking a diligent Room Attendant to maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas. You will clean bathrooms, dust, vacuum, restock amenities, and assist with turning rooms to ensure a safe, comfortable guest experience.

The role requires physical stamina, teamwork, and reliable communication with supervisors and staff in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to scrub and scour surfaces and work in confined spaces.
• Willingness to pitch in and help teammates when needed.
• Familiarity with cleaning agents and proper handling.

Responsibilities

• Clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters and floors.
• Strip beds and change linens, handling items up to 50 lbs.
• Dust furniture, window ledges and shelves; vacuum and empty trash.
• Replenish amenities and supplies; sign for room keys and restock cart.
• Visually inspect rooms for cleanliness and report issues.

No**Overview**Maintain the hotel rooms and building to ensure safe and clean experience for hotel guests, associates, and vendors.### **Essential Duties and Responsibilities*** Clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor surfaces using cloths, mops, sponges, brushes, and/or cleaning agents by extending arms over head, bending, and stooping.* Adhere to cleaning procedures and instructions for use of cleaning agents.* Strip beds and make beds, changing bed linens, which may require lifting bedspreads weighing a maximum of 50 lbs.* Dust all furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges, and shelves thoroughly.* Push and pull vacuum throughout the entire room and empty trash.* Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in guest room.* Sign for room keys, retrieve, push to assigned rooms and restock heavy cart.
