Position Summary

Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments. Fill cart with supplies and transport to assigned areas. Enter guest rooms following procedures for gaining access and ensuring vacancy before entering. Replace guest amenities and supplies, change linens, make beds, clean bathrooms, remove trash, and perform floor care duties. Check appliances, straighten furniture, dust, and vacuum carpets.

Follow all safety policies, report hazards, complete safety training, and store flammable materials properly. Maintain a professional appearance and confidentiality. Greet and assist guests, anticipate needs, support team goals, and ensure quality standards. Move objects weighing up to 25 pounds independently and more with assistance. Perform tasks requiring reaching, bending, twisting, and extended standing or walking. Use fine motor skills for manipulating objects. Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

Education: No high school diploma or G.E.D. required.

Work Experience: None required.

Supervisory Experience: None.

Licenses or Certifications: None.

The pay range is $26.28 per hour.
