Comcast is seeking a Solar Panel Installation helper to support the installation team. The role involves working at heights, using hand and power tools, and ensuring safety and customer specifications are met.

You will assist electricians with mounting, wiring, and conduit work while maintaining a clean, organized job site. We require some construction experience, proficiency with hand tools, and an active driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assisting electricians and installers during solar installations.
• Carrying out tasks such as bending conduit, stripping and terminating wire, and maintaining an organized job site.
• Assisting in the installation of solar panel systems, including mounting panels and racking, and wiring.
• Using hand and power tools to install racking.
• Servicing the solar system as needed.
• Laying out and installing conduit, disconnecting switches and junction boxes correctly.
• Performing jobs from high places (on roofs) with proper equipment.
• Adhering to all quality and safety codes.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
