You will read blueprints, follow installation plans, and perform system testing to verify performance. The position is field-based, outdoors, and requires comfort with heights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year solar installation experience.
• Experience working on rooftops.
• Ability to use tools and follow installation plans.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Team player with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable working outdoors and at heights.

Responsibilities

• Install solar systems: assemble and install solar panels, racking, and related components per project plans.
• Work on residential rooftops ensuring proper sealing, alignment, and structural integrity.
• Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and instructions to meet codes.
• Help verify system performance, check connections, and ensure proper operation.
• Maintain safety standards and identify on-site risks.
