Job summary

Trinity Total Home is seeking a Roofing Field Project Manager to lead residential roofing installations in the field, from crew arrival to homeowner walk-through. You will own the on-site process, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure top-tier workmanship and customer satisfaction.

You will operate in a hands-on role, making field-based decisions with the support of an experienced team, and help shape our roofing operations as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading residential roofing projects in the field.
• Ability to manage subcontractor crews and coordinate day-of-install activities.
• Strong focus on safety, workmanship, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-of-install process for residential roofing projects from crew arrival through final walk-through.
• Deliver an exceptional 5-star customer experience and drive high NPS and reviews.
• Drive installations to on-time completion, targeting a sub-20 day pipeline from contract to install.
• Direct and manage subcontractor crews to ensure safety, quality, and Trinity Total Home standards.
• Confirm contract obligations, scope, materials, and customer expectations before and during installation.
• Inspect work in progress and completed installations for quality and workmanship.
