Job summary

SRS Building Products in Redding, CA is hiring for a rooftop material handler. You will load and unload roofing materials from delivery trucks and transport them to rooftops while strictly following safety guidelines and OSHA rules.

You will work with drivers and teammates to ensure efficient loading, qualify for overtime, and may use forklifts if certified. Competitive benefits and weekly pay are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow safety guidelines and OSHA requirements.
• Strong communication with drivers and team members.
• Ability to pass background and drug test when required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload roofing materials from trucks.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed on job sites.
• Coordinate material distribution onto roofs per safety rules.
• Operate conveyor systems where trained and certified.
• Verify and reconcile material orders.
• Provide service to roofing contractors.
• Adhere to OSHA and company protocols.
• Work with drivers to optimize loading/unloading.
