Job summary

SRS Building Products in Round Rock, TX is seeking a Rooftop Loader to load, unload, and transport roofing materials to rooftops and job sites. You will work closely with drivers and use conveyors to place materials on roofs while following safety protocols.

The role requires physical stamina to lift 50–100 lbs, willingness to work outdoors on various roof pitches, and strict adherence to OSHA standards. Competitive benefits and weekly pay are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in general labor, warehouse operations, delivery, or construction.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload roofing materials from delivery trucks using manual and mechanical methods.
• Follow safety guidelines, assist in scaffolding assembly, inspect equipment, and report issues.
• Distribute materials onto flat and sloped roofs per safety guidelines, protecting workers and property.
• Operate conveyor belt systems (where trained) to move materials from trucks to rooftops.
• Verify orders and reconcile quantities; document inventory movements.
• Provide exceptional service to roofing contractors by responding to inquiries.
• Adhere to OSHA regulations and PPE usage to maintain a safe worksite.
• Coordinate with drivers to optimize loading/unloading and support branch operations.
