Job summary

SRS Building Products in Lindon, UT is seeking a dependable material handler to load and unload roofing materials for residential and commercial sites. You will follow safety guidelines, assist with rooftop distribution, and coordinate with drivers to ensure efficient operations.

Candidates should be physically fit, able to lift up to 100 lbs, and able to work outdoors on varied roof surfaces. OSHA guidelines and PPE are required at all times.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass criminal and driving background checks.
• Authorized to work for any employer in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload roofing materials from delivery trucks using manual and mechanical methods.
• Ensure that all safety guidelines and procedures are followed.
• Distribute materials onto flat and sloped roofs per safety guidelines.
• Operate conveyor belt systems (where trained and certified) to transport materials from trucks to rooftops.
• Verify and reconcile material orders accurately.
• Provide exceptional service to roofing contractors.
• Coordinate loading/unloading with drivers and team members.
