Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in Restaurant / Food & Beverage.

• Ability to read safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of the service bar outlet functions in accordance with hotel standards.
• Maintain standards and procedures for operations and safe working conditions.
• Respond to guest-related issues and communicate with General Manager and other managers.
