QXO is a leading distributor and installer of building products, seeking a field-ready load/unload associate to support branch operations. You will safely unload building products and shingles from rooftop deliveries and assist with delivery operations, ensuring orders are correct before loading.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload building products and bundles of shingles from rooftop using a conveyor boom.
• In certain cases assist with ground drop operations when rooftop delivery isn't feasible.
• Verify order contents prior to loading onto the delivery truck.
• Assist with delivery operations.
• Adhere to safety protocols and wear PPE at all times.

What you'll do

• Safely unload building products and multiple bundles of shingles from conveyor boom from first or second story rooftop
• In certain instances where rooftop delivery is not feasible, the roof loader will provide support to the driver by assisting with ground drop operations at the designated job site
• Verify order contents prior to loading them onto the delivery truck
• Assist with delivery operations
• Demonstrate a daily commitment to safety and adhere diligently to all safety protocols, while always wearing appropriate PPE
