Job Title: Rooftop Loader

Utilize your strength and reach new heights as a Rooftop Loader.

As a Rooftop Loader, you will support the Driver at the Branch by loading the truck and riding with the Driver to the job site to unload building materials safely and efficiently. Materials will be unloaded onto the roof with attention to the Roofing Contractors' needs and the homeowners' property. This role offers opportunities to learn about our industry, new equipment, and our business operations.

Experience and Abilities:

• Experience and interest in physically demanding, labor-intensive work, including lifting up to 100 lbs properly, repeatedly, and daily.
• Comfort working on roofs and no fear of heights.
• Basic math skills for inventory counts; good verbal and written English skills for reading purchase orders and communicating with team members.
• Prior roofing industry experience is a plus.
• Reliability, safety consciousness, and teamwork skills.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, with potential overtime during busy seasons.
• Positive attitude aligned with the "Make Money and Have Fun!" culture.
• Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Ability to pass criminal, driving background checks, and a pre-employment drug test.
