Job summary

Solette Seattle, a rooftop venue operated by Onni, is seeking a polished Host to be the first contact for our elevated experience. You will greet guests, manage reservations and flow, and coordinate with service teams to ensure a warm, seamless arrival for every guest.

Join Onni's city-facing concept in Seattle and contribute to a vibrant atmosphere with a strong emphasis on guest experience, communication, and teamwork. Availability for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Previous host or front-of-house experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Calm, professional presence in a high-energy environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and guest experience.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and peak service times.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest flow with accuracy and poise
• Communicate seating status clearly with service and management teams
• Maintain an organized, welcoming host stand and entry area
• Assist with guest inquiries, directions, and special requests
• Support service staff during peak periods to ensure smooth operations
