Qualifications

• Experience in barback or bar support preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant/bar environment.

Responsibilities

• Restock spirits, beer, wine, mixers, ice, glassware and garnishes during service.
• Maintain clean bar surfaces, stations, and remove trash/recycling.
• Assist bartenders with prep: cutting garnishes, batching cocktails, restocking.
• Monitor bar flow and help keep service fast and smooth.
• Support opening/closing tasks, including inventory and setup.
• Uphold safety and cleanliness for a polished rooftop atmosphere.
