Method Co. is seeking a Bartender for Kampers Rooftop Bar, a design-forward rooftop destination atop Detroit’s Book Tower. You’ll craft seasonal cocktails, deliver warm hospitality, and keep a fast-paced service running smoothly in a high-energy rooftop setting.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of bartending experience and a passion for hospitality. There is a focus on team collaboration, precise technique, and memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale bar/restaurant
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine and beer
• Passion for hospitality and creating a welcoming guest experience
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and attention to detail
• Execute a curated cocktail menu featuring seasonal ingredients and rooftop-inspired builds
• Provide warm, engaging, and knowledgeable service to every guest
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service
• Collaborate with the bar and service team to ensure smooth, efficient operations
• Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS operations
• Uphold all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards
