Job summary

Hilton Tempo Nashville is seeking an experienced Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team in the heart of Nashville. You will prepare cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, greet guests, and deliver exceptional service in a high-volume environment.

Minimum 1 year bartending experience, knowledge of recipes and POS systems, and strong math skills are required. Bartending certification preferred where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bartending certification preferred (where applicable).
• Minimum 1 year of bartending or high-volume restaurant/bar experience preferred.
• Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology, and POS systems required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine and other beverages to standard recipes.
• Greet guests, take orders and provide recommendations.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and organize supplies.
• Process payments using POS; verify ages and IDs.
• Follow sanitation and alcohol service policies.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and report maintenance issues.
