What are we looking for?

We are hiring a seasonal rooftop pool attendant for summer 2025. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe environment, follow company policies, uphold quality standards, and deliver an exemplary guest experience.

What will I be doing?

You will ensure a clean, safe, and fun environment at the bar and pool, provide excellent customer service, and maintain the appearance of the area to Crescent and/or brand standards.

Reporting to: Food & Beverage Director and Executive Chef

What are my essential job functions?

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival.
• Attend to pool and bar needs, including retrieving towels, relocating chairs and umbrellas, and issuing recreational equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the rooftop area.
• Manage stock levels, check inventory, and ensure order accuracy.
• Prepare garnishes and fruits, and assist in bar setup.
• Support bartender with stock and maintenance tasks.
• Perform routine maintenance on beer kegs.
• Adhere to attendance policies and be available to work regularly.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
