Sales Representative: Repairs Division

RoofOne is a trusted leader in roofing, gutter, and masonry repair and replacement since 1989. We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative for our Repairs Division to join our growing family.

• Earnings potential of $50,000-80,000 (commission based structure with no upper limit)

Responsibilities

As a Sales Representative, you will meet directly with homeowners, perform roof inspections, evaluate repair needs, and recommend customized solutions while delivering outstanding customer service. You will guide customers through each stage of the sales process with professionalism, maintain organized communication and follow‑up, and build trust through knowledgeable recommendations and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• At least one year of roofing industry experience.
• Strong communication abilities, self‑motivation, and the ability to work independently while consistently providing outstanding customer service.
• Comfortable climbing ladders, working at heights, lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds occasionally, and performing inspections in varying weather conditions at customer work sites.
• A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre‑employment drug screen.
