Job summary

A&A Quality Roofing in Missouri seeks motivated individuals for a full-time Roofing Technician role. You will start at our central hub and travel with the crew to install, repair, and replace roofing systems, including asphalt shingles and metal roofing.

You will inspect for leaks and damage, prepare surfaces, and ensure safety and quality at every job site. The position offers year-round, full-time work, piece-rate pay, and a supportive environment with opportunities for growth and

Qualifications

• Roofing or construction experience (preferred, but we'll train motivated individuals).
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds regularly.
• Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred).
• Experience with asphalt shingles, metal roofing, or low-slope roofing systems (preferred).
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification, or willingness to obtain (preferred).
• Experience operating construction equipment or trailers (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and replace roofing systems including asphalt shingles and metal roofing.
• Inspect for leaks, storm damage, and structural issues; perform necessary repairs.
• Operate tools, equipment, ladders and safety systems safely.
• Report to central hub each day and travel with crew to job sites in West Plains and surroundings.
