Responsibilities

• Labor with crew to complete all aspects of jobs assigned by the company.
• Assist in setup and tear down of safety equipment as instructed.
• Safely operate roofing tools and equipment such as nailers, ladders, harnesses, and scaffolding.
• Maintain clean and safe job sites following OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines.
• Abide by all job-site safety requirements including PPE and fall protection.
• Report hazards or unsafe conditions promptly.
• Participate in weekly trainings and manufacturer system-specific training.
• Attend company training events and any other assigned training.
• Perform work according to company standards and collaborate with the crew.
• Mentor less-experienced crew members.
