Job summary

Bone Dry Roofing is seeking a Repair Technician to protect and maintain homes through professional roofing repairs and service. This role is primarily field-based with daily travel to local job sites in a company-provided vehicle.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of roofing or related trade experience, strong communication, and a customer-focused approach. Valid driver's license, ability to pass background checks, and the flexibility for overtime and occasional Saturday work are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years roofing, construction, or related trade experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-service mindset required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate roofing systems and identify damage or areas of concern.
• Recommend appropriate repair solutions and perform repairs to meet quality and safety standards.
• Work primarily in the field and travel daily to local job sites using a company vehicle.
• Lift and carry materials up to 50 pounds; adapt to outdoor conditions including varying weather.
