Job summary

Role Overview

As a Roofing Service Technician, you will play a critical role in protecting our customers' homes by diagnosing roofing issues, performing high-quality repairs, and delivering exceptional service in the field.

You will be responsible for inspecting roofing systems, identifying problem areas, completing repairs, and ensuring all work is performed safely and in accordance with company standards. Your expertise and attention to detail will help maintain the trust of our customers and reinforce our reputation for quality workmanship.

As an essential part of the team and reportingdirectly to the Production Manager, you willwork to resolve roofing issues efficiently, enhance customer satisfaction, minimize callbacks, and ensure every repair reflects the quality, professionalism, and integrity that define our organization.

You will be part of a very collaborative, very agile team working collectively to fulfill our mission of saving our communities from unscrupulous contractors. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Roofing or construction experience preferred (repair experience a plus)
• Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+lbsand handle physical labor
• Strict adherence to all Company safety standards and OSHA regulations
