Job summary

Infinity Home Services is seeking a Field Service Foreman to lead roofing and exterior repair crews, ensuring project quality, safety, and customer satisfaction on site across Maryland. You will supervise Field Service Technicians and coordinate with operations to drive daily progress.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of roofing experience, strong leadership, understanding of roofing/siding techniques, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of roofing experience required.
• Advanced knowledge of roofing and siding repair techniques.
• Understanding of roof leak diagnosis and water management systems.
• Understanding of construction framing principles and use of framing tools.
• Ability to fabricate sheet metal using a brake.
• Experience operating construction tools and equipment.
• Proven ability to lead and direct a team.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work at heights.
• Availability Monday through Saturday.
