Infinity Home Services in the United States is seeking a Field Service Foreman to lead roofing and exterior repair crews, ensuring safety, quality workmanship, and strong customer satisfaction. You will provide daily leadership to Field Service Technicians and serve as the primary liaison between customers and operations teams.

You will coordinate projects, document progress, manage material needs, and mentor crew members while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of roofing experience required.
• Advanced knowledge of roofing and siding repair techniques.
• Understanding of roof leak diagnosis and water management systems.
• Understanding of construction framing principles and use of framing tools.
• Ability to fabricate sheet metal using a brake.
• Experience operating construction tools and equipment.
• Proven ability to lead and direct a team.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Valid driver’s license.
