Job summary

CentiMark Corporation, a leader in commercial/industrial roofing, seeks an entry-level Roofing Technical Representative in San Antonio to support our Sales team. You will travel to customers’ sites, inspect roofs, and gather data to help create accurate proposals.

Responsibilities include measuring roofs, estimating material and labor needs, and assisting with marketing for new accounts. Training is provided; a valid driver’s license and roofing knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have computer skills (MS Word, Excel).
• General construction/roofing or construction sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Able to climb ladders up to 25 feet.
• Experience with roofing systems (THERMOPLASTIC, BUR, METAL, EPDM, TILE, SPF FOAM and COATINGS) preferred.
• College degree in Construction Management or similar preferred.

CentiMark Corporation, the nation’s leader in the commercial/industrial roofing industry, has an exceptional opportunity for an entry-level Roofing Technical Representative to support Sales Representatives in our San Antonio office.

This position pays $60k - $70k plus premier benefits.

Job Summary:

• Travel to customers’ locations and inspect commercial roofs
• Communicate with customers and check roofs for problem areas
• Measures commercial roofs and estimate the amount of roofing material and labor needed to re-roof
• Will work closely with the sales force to provide them with accurate information for the creation of proposals for customers
• Assist in marketing for new accounts

Candidate Requirements:

• Computer skills (proficient in MS Word, Excel and Bid Estimating Software)
• General construction, roofing and/or construction sales experience
• A valid driver’s license in good standing
• Able to climb up & down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
• Experience with commercial roofing systems: THERMOPLASTIC, BUR, METAL, EPDM, TILE, SPF FOAM and COATINGS preferred, but will train the right individual
• College Degree inConstruction Management or similarpreferred
