Job summary

CentiMark Corporation is seeking an entry-level Roofing Technical Inspector to support Sales Representatives in the greater Cumming, Gainesville, and Marietta areas, with weekly reporting to the Duluth office.

You will travel to customer sites to inspect roofs, measure areas, estimate material and labor requirements, and provide accurate data to the sales team for proposal creation.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or roofing environments preferred.
• Knowledge of roofing systems (THERMOPLASTIC, BUR, METAL, SHINGLES, TILE, SPF FOAM and COATINGS) is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel; experience with estimating software.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to climb ladders to 25 feet.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations to inspect commercial roofs.
• Communicate with customers and identify problem areas during inspections.
• Measure roofs and estimate material and labor requirements for re-roofing.
• Collaborate with the sales team to prepare accurate proposals.

CentiMark Corporation, the nation’s leader in the commercial/industrial roofing industry, has an exceptional opportunity for an entry-level Roofing Technical Inspector to support Sales Representatives in the greaterCumming,Gainesville, and Marietta areas. This person will also be reporting to our Duluth office once per week.

This position pays $50k - $55k plus premier benefits and annual bonus opportunity.

Job Summary

• Travel to customer’s locations and inspect commercial roofs
• Communicate with customers and check roofs for problem areas
• Measures commercial roofs and estimate the amount of roofing material and labor needed to re-roof
• Will work closely with the sales force to provide them with accurate information for the creation of proposals for customers

Candidate Requirements

• Computer skills (proficient in MS Word, Excel and Bid Estimating Software)
• General Construction, Roofing and/or construction sales experience
• A valid driver’s license in good standing
• Able to climb up & down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
• Experience with commercial roofing systems: THERMOPLASTIC, BUR, METAL, SHINGLES, TILE, SPF FOAM and COATINGS preferred, but will train the right individual
• College Degree inConstruction Management or similarpreferred
