CentiMark Corporation, the nation’s leader in the commercial/industrial roofing industry, invites an entry-level Roofing Technical Inspector to support Sales Representatives in the greater Atlanta, Newnan, and LaGrange areas. This role reports to our Duluth office once per week and offers a path into a growing field.

The position pays $50k-$55k with premier benefits and annual bonus potential. You’ll inspect roofs, collect data, and assist in proposals while collaborating with the sales team.

Qualifications

• Computer skills (MS Word, Excel and Bid Estimating Software) required.
• General Construction, Roofing and/or construction sales experience preferred.
• A valid driver’s license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations and inspect commercial roofs.
• Communicate with customers and check roofs for problem areas.
• Measure commercial roofs and estimate the amount of roofing material and labor needed to re-roof.
• Work with sales team to provide accurate information for proposals.

CentiMark Corporation, the nation’s leader in the commercial/industrial roofing industry, has an exceptional opportunity for an entry-level Roofing Technical Inspector to support Sales Representatives in the greater Atlanta, Newnan, and LaGrange areas. This person will also be reporting to our Duluth office once per week.

This position pays $50k - $55k plus premier benefits and annual bonus opportunity.

Job Summary:

• Travel to customer’s locations and inspect commercial roofs
• Communicate with customers and check roofs for problem areas
• Measures commercial roofs and estimate the amount of roofing material and labor needed to re-roof
• Will work closely with the sales force to provide them with accurate information for the creation of proposals for customers

Candidate Requirements:

• Computer skills (proficient in MS Word, Excel and Bid Estimating Software)
• General Construction, Roofing and/or construction sales experience
• A valid driver’s license in good standing
• Able to climb up & down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
• Experience with commercial roofing systems: THERMOPLASTIC, BUR, METAL, SHINGLES, TILE, SPF FOAM and COATINGS preferred, but will train the right individual
• College Degree inConstruction Management or similarpreferred
