Job summary

CentiMark Corporation, the nation’s leader in the commercial/industrial roofing industry, has an exceptional opportunity for an entry-level Roofing Technical Inspector to support Sales Representatives in the greater Atlanta, Newnan, and LaGrange areas. This person will also be reporting to our Duluth office once per week.

This position pays $50k - $55k plus premier benefits and annual bonus opportunity, with travel to customer sites and close collaboration with the sales team to prepare accurate

Qualifications

• General construction, roofing and/or construction sales experience.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Bid Estimating Software.
• A valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Able to climb ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet.
• Experience with commercial roofing systems preferred (THERMOPLASTIC, BUR, METAL, SHINGLES, TILE, SPF FOAM and COATINGS).

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations to inspect commercial roofs.
• Communicate with customers and identify problem areas on roofs.
• Measure roofs and estimate required roofing materials and labor.
• Collaborate with the sales team to prepare accurate proposals for customers.
