CentiMark Corporation, the nation’s leader in the commercial/industrial roofing industry, has an exceptional opportunity for an entry-level Roofing Technical Inspector to support Sales Representatives in the greater Atlanta, Newnan, and LaGrange areas. This person will also be reporting to our Duluth office once per week.

This position pays $50k - $55k plus premier benefits and annual bonus opportunity. The role involves traveling to customer locations to inspect roofs, communicating with

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Word and Excel; Bid Estimating Software experience preferred.
• General construction, roofing and/or construction sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Ability to climb ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet.
• Experience with commercial roofing systems preferred (THERMOPLASTIC, BUR, METAL, SHINGLES, TILE, SPF FOAM and COATINGS).
• College degree in Construction Management or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations to inspect commercial roofs.
• Communicate with customers and identify problem areas on roofs.
• Measure roofs and estimate material and labor for re-roofing.
• Provide accurate information to the sales team for proposals.
