Job summary

CentiMark Corporation, the nation’s leader in the commercial/industrial roofing industry, seeks an entry-level Roofing Technical Inspector to support Sales Representatives in the greater Atlanta, Newnan, and LaGrange areas. This position reports to the Duluth office once per week and pays $50k-$55k with premier benefits and annual bonus opportunity.

Responsibilities include traveling to customer sites to inspect roofs, communicating findings, measuring and estimating materials and labor, and

Qualifications

• Computer skills in MS Word and Excel are required.
• General Construction and roofing experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license in good standing is required.
• Ability to climb ladders up to 25 feet and travel to sites.

• Communicate with customers and identify problem areas.
• Measure roofs and estimate material and labor needs for re-roofing, supporting proposals for the sales team.

CentiMark Corporation , the nation’s leader in the commercial/industrial roofing industry, has an exceptional opportunity for an entry-level Roofing** Technical Inspector to support Sales Representatives in the greaterAtlanta,Newnan, and LaGrange areas.** This person will also be reporting to our Duluth office once per week.
This position pays $50k - $55k plus premier benefits and annual bonus opportunity.

Job Summary:

• Travel to customer’s locations and inspect commercial roofs
• Communicate with customers and check roofs for problem areas
• Measures commercial roofs and estimate the amount of roofing material and labor needed to re-roofWill work closely with the sales force to provide them with accurate information for the creation of proposals for customers

Candidate Requirements:

• Computer skills (proficient in MS Word, Excel and Bid Estimating Software)
• General Construction, Roofing and/or construction sales experience
• A valid driver’s license in good standing
• Able to climb up & down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
• Experience with commercial roofing systems: THERMOPLASTIC, BUR, METAL, SHINGLES, TILE, SPF FOAM and COATINGS preferred, but will train the right individual
• College Degree inConstruction Management or similarpreferred
