Job summary

CentiMark Corporation, the nation's leader in commercial/industrial roofing, invites applications for an entry-level Roofing Technical Inspector in Arkansas. The role involves traveling to customer sites, inspecting roofs, communicating findings, and assisting the sales force with accurate proposal data.

Occasional overnight travel is expected. Ideal candidates have construction/roofing experience, MS Word/Excel skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to climb ladders up to 25 feet.

Qualifications

• General construction, roofing and/or construction sales experience.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel; familiarity with bid estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer's locations and inspect commercial roofs.
• Communicate with customers and check roofs for problem areas.
• Measure commercial roofs and estimate material and labor needs to re-roof.
• Work closely with the sales team to provide accurate information for proposals.
• Occasional overnight travel during the week.

CentiMark Corporation, the nation's leader in the commercial/industrial roofing industry, has an exceptional opportunity for an entry-level Roofing Technical Inspector to support Sales Representatives in the state of Arkansas.

This position pays $50k - $55k plus premier benefits and annual bonus opportunity.

Job Summary:

• Travel to customer's locations and inspect commercial roofs
• Communicate with customers and check roofs for problem areas
• Measures commercial roofs and estimate the amount of roofing material and labor needed to re-roof
• Will work closely with the sales force to provide them with accurate information for the creation of proposals for customers
• Occasional overnight travel during the week

Candidate Requirements:

• Computer skills (proficient in MS Word, Excel and Bid Estimating Software)
• General Construction, Roofing and/or construction sales experience
• A valid driver's license in good standing
• Able to climb up & down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
• Experience with commercial roofing systems: THERMOPLASTIC, BUR, METAL, SHINGLES, TILE, SPF FOAM and COATINGS preferred, but will train the right individual
• College Degree inConstruction Management or similarpreferred
