Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee roof installations and repairs across all roofing systems.
• Lead hands-on roofing repairs, including leak detection and remediation.
• Ensure roofing projects are completed safely, correctly, and to Thomasville standards.
• Lead and support roofing crews on-site, providing direction and problem-solving as needed.

This role is for an experienced roofing professional who knows how to find problems, fix them, and lead crews—not from behind a desk, but on the roof.
