Job summary

Guardian Protection Products seeks a Specification Specialist to develop and review project specifications and Scopes of Work, ensuring compliance with local building codes, industry standards, and Tremco requirements for the Pacific Northwest region.

The role involves collaborating with Program Managers, Construction Managers, Sales, Estimators, and Field Technicians to ensure accurate, timely, and complete specifications while leveraging CAD tools and Tremco platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of experience in Specifications required.
• Experience with building codes and industry standards a must.
• Familiarity with AIA/CSI standards and specification development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop AIA MasterFormat specifications compliant with Tremco requirements and local codes.
• Create specs aligned with IBC, IECC, and Tremco standards.
• Assist estimators in bid prep and pricing by clarifying specs.
