• Two (2) years of experience in repairing commercial type roofs.
• Demonstrated ability to perform responsibilities under general supervision.
• Demonstrated technical knowledge and skills needed for repairing various roofing systems.

Responsabilidades

• Construct, install, and repair various roof systems with materials and related items.
• Estimate and procure the proper materials and supplies for work requests.
• Maintain accurate records for labor, materials, work orders, and other maintenance records.
• Identify and resolve roofing maintenance problems.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear safety equipment as assigned.
