You will engage with customers, conduct thorough inspections, and sell roofing systems while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Success in this role requires a proactive attitude, 2-5 years of sales experience, and the ability to manage leads effectively. Guardian offers a highly commission-based structure with added benefits including a company vehicle and excellent insurance plans.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years outside sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills to build strong trust with clients.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Sell complete roofing systems and perform inspections.
• Maintain a closing ratio of 40% for Roof Replacements.
• Complete necessary paperwork to process sold jobs in a timely manner.
