Job summary

Couto Construction, a second-generation family-owned exterior remodeling leader in New Bedford, MA, is seeking a proactive Project Supervisor. You will oversee roofing, siding, windows, doors, decks, and gutters, coordinate field crews and service teams, manage materials, and ensure on-time completion while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

This full-time, in-person role offers competitive pay ($25–$35/hour), incentives and project commissions, a company vehicle, 401(k) with match,

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple jobs efficiently.
• Exceptional customer service mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of exterior remodeling (roofing, siding, windows, etc.) preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with crews & customers.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct project walkthroughs with customers and crews for job clarity.

Compensation:

Pay range for this position is between $25-35/hour, depending on experience.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to earn incentives and project commissions.
