Resnick Roofing & Contracting in Pittsburgh is seeking a Project Manager to oversee roofing, siding, and solar installation crews from kickoff through completion. You will lead field teams, coordinate with a Project Coordinator, and use CRM for data entry, scheduling, and client communication.

The role requires at least 2 years in construction, leadership capability, and strong organizational and communication skills; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Proficient in CRM for data entry, scheduling, and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee roofing, siding, and solar installation crews.
• Coordinate project logistics with Project Coordinator.
• Serve as main contact for customers from start to completion.
• Utilize CRM for data entry and updates.
• Provide daily/weekly project status.
• Ensure safety and quality standards on sites.
• Conduct site visits and inspections.
• Report KPI performance to Manager, Field Operations.
• Maintain production calendar and scheduling accuracy.
• Assist in punch list and project closeout.
