Hustad Companies, Inc. is seeking a Traveling Roofing Service Technician to join our team. You will perform service work on multifamily and commercial properties and conduct complete roof inspections, including steep slope roofs.

The role requires extensive travel (about 85% nationwide), a strong background in roof maintenance and construction, and fluency in English. A valid driver's license and tech-savvy communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of field roofing experience.
• Strong background in roof maintenance, general repair, and construction.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• English fluency required; bilingual encouraged.
• GED or high school diploma preferred.
• Able to read and write proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance on roofing systems.
• Conduct thorough roof inspections to identify leaks and deficiencies.
• Set up and climb ladders safely up to 40 feet.
• Travel nationwide about 85% of the time; near a major airport.
• Use roofing software (CenterPoint, FCS) for inspections and updates.
• Maintain communication with clients and team via email, texts, phone, and apps.
